Quality Policy

JAMAI's Quality Policy consists  of ensuring that the activities carried out and the products supplied comply with Customer, Legal and Regulatory Requirements and the Continuous Improvement of the Quality Management System.

To this end, we follow:

A process-oriented Quality Management System following the guidelines of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard.

The prevention of non-conformities and improvement measures are the general policy, when they occur the causes will be studied and the corresponding corrective measures will be taken, this system being the basis for continuous improvement.

The product must be obtained at optimum cost, that is to say, at the lowest cost that guarantees compliance with all the customer's requirements.

Teamwork and employee training are the basis for achieving the objectives.

The OBJECTIVE is to achieve CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
